BECOME A BEACHBODY COACH!



What is Beachbody? If you have ever heard of P90X, Isanity, T25, Chalean Extreme, Shakeology, 21 Day Fix and many more, Beachbody is the company that created them. The company has independent Team Beachbody Coaches to help their customers decide what program is right for them and more importantly to help them get the most out of the programs they choose....

How I can help you as your coach:

As a coach, I run online health and fitness challenge groups that create motivation, accountability & support. I provide clean eating tips, recipes, meal plans, organization tips, strategies & more... I want to inspire people to make this a lifestyle, NOT A DIET....

How does my process work?

 For each of my customers deciding to start a program, we go over what their goals are and what they like to do for workouts. I recommend a program that best describes them and once they've started shakeology, I then add them to my challenge group where I will be there for their journey until the end...

How do you become a coach?

Many times when customers have gone through a program and a challenge group - they are inspired to be a Team Beachbody coach themselves because they want to share their passion and knowledge.

So what does it take to be a coach?
  • Cost: A one time fee of $40 to become a coach. This is not a yearly or reoccurring fee.  The awesome part: if you purchase a challenge pack (workout program & shakeology), then you get that $40 fee waived. Or if you or your spouse are active military - then you also get the fee waived.  You pay a monthly website fee of $15.95. Beachbody give you three websites where you can do some personalization and these sites are essential to your business. 
  • To remain an active coach you need to have a Personal Volume of 50 points per month. Purchasing a month's supply of Shakeology (at a 25% discount) is 90 Personal Volume points for example and you're done! You need to use the products to be able to explain the benefits of the research that you've done. Being a product of the product is the most inspirational piece of being a coach!
Beachbody Coaching is a great opportunity, to me its all worth it. It has given me back a lot & has helped me pay off some bills that have been weighing down on me for months. & I normally just fill my Shakeology bottle up with water almost to the top and then put that in my blender with the rest of my ingredients so then after its done blending I can pour it back in my Shaker cup and know its going to fill it up all the way up.... &THEN IM SO FULL AFTERWARDS!
 
 


INSANITY MAX:30!

MY INSANITY MAX:30 JOURNEY: Oh boy, oh boy! Where do I begin!?! Well, insanity is a great name for it :P... It was a struggle in the beginning but in the back of my mind all I could think was keep going your one more workout closer to your goal. I PUSHED & PUSHED as hard as I could. I didn't give up as much as I wanted to quit, I didn't because I want to get back to the person I was before at the time that I felt the best. I WANT to be healthy and fit again because my body and I deserve it.
I have had that bigger boned body (Yeah, you know what I'm talking about) but I always played sports, exercised regularly, kept in shape, and made healthy choices. Then, I graduated... dun dun dun, that's when everything changed I ate out all the time because it was convenient, I hated it but I didn't change it.
I then met my fiancé who I absolutely adore, still ate out like crazy, I let myself go and if I had to go back I would have actually taken care of my body and maybe now I wouldn't be overweight. But,
I gained 20 freaking pounds. OMG why does it come on so easily so fast. And right when I wanted to start getting back we found out we were pregnant with our 2 year old daughter.
I literally gained 50lbs with her and then after having her I was able to loose 10lbs but then I had problems with my thyroid and depression and it just wasn't good and I wasn't loosing any weight. Well, I got everything figured out and right about the time I wanted to fall back into health and fitness I found out I was pregnant again with our 5month son who I gained 30lbs with. I was able to loose that right away but in December I weight 215lbs.
My coach, Cameo Bayes, found me introduced me to fitness programs and I fell in love with INSANITY MAX:30... before I started it I lost 10 lbs. I started INSANITY MAX:30 @205lbs after my 60 INSANE days & drinking shakeology everyday I was able to shed 30lbs & 5 dress size... IN 60 DAYS!!! I didn't think that was possible but I am so proud of myself, I have so much confidence back not only in myself but my relationship. Yes, I do have like 45 more lbs I want to loose but it was so accomplishing to reach that even.

ABOUT ME!

**MY WHY & HOW I GOT STARTED**
MY WHY!?!: So since graduating high school it went down hill from there, I'm sure most can agree that after school the summer gets to you and you get carried away having fun not really realizing that all the fast food because it was convenient is destroying your body & plumping you up😒.... That's when my weight came on for me, I became so unhealthy it was sickening but I never did anything to change it...
 
Fathers Day 2012, we found out that we were bringing a child into the world & I thought great, I'm already overweight why didn't I take care of my body, awesome, I'm gonna look like a whale. Sure enough I gained 50 lbs with my daughter who I love very much & was so worth it along with my other one. But I didn't take care of myself when I was pregnant with Paetyn and I regret not seeing the bigger picture and making myself healthy. After having her I maybe lost 20lbs off the bat but quickly went into severe depression due to my thyroid being an ass so I ended up gaining 10lbs back & became so distant from everyone, I shut the world out including my fiancé which was hard on him. 
I finally got myself straightened out and I'm glad I had great support because I don't know how I would have pulled through from that without him. So with my 2nd pregnancy I gained 30lbs but instantly lost it all still not happy with my body just wanted to cry every day because I literally was 245lbs after the -30lbs I was 215lbs but still felt like I was missing something. I was a stay at home mom wanting a career but not sure where to start what I wanted to do & didn't even really know what my passion was. So A little bit before Christmas my coach (Cameo Bayes) approached me & I remember that she didn't even talk to me about Beachbody or becoming a coach. She made simple casual conversation & my response was "I want to be a coach!"
 
I just knew in my gut after seeing all her posts & how inspirational she was that this is what I wanted to do full time, make it a career & make my family proud. I also wanted to get healthy & in shape for not just myself but my kids & even though my fiancé (Cody Wallace) tells me he loves me the way I am I wanted to love me the way I am as well. Now after dropping 40+lbs in just under 6months I feel sovconfident again something I haven't been in 4 years. My whole outlook on life has completely changed, I'm not angry anymore, I'm not depressed, I actually have the energy to keep going & patience. It's just been a life changing experience! I've met so many great positive people along the way that have been so kind & supportive and I'm thankful.
 
MY HOW!?! We were so tight for money, literally lived paycheck to paycheck & code was so supportive of me really wanting to explore this opportunity so we used the money I got from Christmas as well as some from his paycheck & it might have left us with $40 to live on for the week but I made all my money back & then some, I helped so many people along the way that wanted this as much as I did & I'm just glad that I made that leap & went for it.
 
Don't wait for someday because it eventually becomes never & I did "someday" & came up with every excuse in the book for over 4 years, but finally leaped & now I'm here! MAKE THAT LEAP!
